Pastor Ray began ministering over fifteen years ago in the Jefferson County Jail, the State Prison and the Federal Prisons. While ministering inside the prison, God called Pastor to minister to the chemically dependent, while working in the substance abuse field. Pastor Ray grew up in a home where his parents were hooked on drugs and alcohol. Because of this, God placed a burning desire in his heart for those who are bound by addictions of all kinds, which led him to implement spiritual rehabilitation for the chemically dependent. Outside of work Pastor Ray counsel couples who are having conflicts in their marriage.
